All our products are natural and generally well-tolerated. However, individual responses may vary. If you face any concerns, we encourage you to first discuss them with your health coach before initiating a replacement request.
How to Request a Return/Replacement

Processing Returns & Replacements

Once we receive your request, we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the product within 2 working days.

If reverse pickup is not available at your location, we will request you to self-ship the product via a reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the shipping costs (up to Rs. 100) upon receiving the product.

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging along with all accompanying materials.

After we receive and verify the returned product, we will quickly process a replacement within 48 hours or, if a suitable replacement is unavailable, issue a refund that will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days.

In case of replacement, the delivery will be done within 14 days from the day of dispatch.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@ekamrit.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9717120173. If the product has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation at no charge. However, if the product has already been dispatched, a fee of Rs. 250 for shipping and return costs will be deducted from your prepaid amount before issuing the refund.
