At Ekamrit, we've partnered with reputable logistics providers to ensure that all our products reach you in perfect condition. We use high-quality packaging materials from trusted vendors, thoroughly tested for durability and safety, to make sure your order arrives without any damage.

Delivery Process at Ekamrit

Once your order is processed, each product undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our quality standards. After passing this final quality check, we carefully pack your products and hand them over to our trusted logistics partner. Our partner will deliver your order as soon as possible. If they're unable to reach you at the provided address or scheduled time, they'll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

All products, including any free gifts bundled with your order, will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout, along with an invoice. While we aim to ship all items in your order together, there may be instances where this is not possible.

We offer free shipping above Rs. 599 at present.

Product Packaging

Each product is securely packaged in bubble wrap or honeycomb paper, with additional layers for fragile items like glass bottles. We then place these in sturdy cardboard boxes before handing them over to our logistics partners. Ekamrit takes full responsibility for any damages that may occur during transit.

Where Does Ekamrit Ship?

We ship across India to almost all pin codes. Our list of serviceable pin codes may change occasionally, depending on our logistics partners' coverage.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and the courier company details. You can start tracking the status of your order 24 hours after dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

During checkout, we'll provide an estimated delivery time based on your shipping address. As we maintain an inventory of all our products, you can rest assured that your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement. Typically, we aim to deliver within 2-7 days, depending on your location. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays. While we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, Ekamrit cannot be held liable for delays by our logistics partners.

Note: Given that we are just starting up, we cannot commit to exact delivery timelines. We ask for your patience in case of any delays. Please note that we reserve the right to pause deliveries if necessary due to changing conditions.

What Time of the Day Will My Order Be Delivered?

Our logistics partner will contact you before delivering your order. Please make sure to be available for their calls. After three unsuccessful attempts to deliver, the product will be returned to our warehouse.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges may vary based on the product ordered, packaging size, and other factors. These charges will be added to your total bill at checkout, and you'll be informed of them before making payment. Please note that Ekamrit does not charge separate shipping fees beyond what is displayed at the time of ordering.

Delivery Information

If no one is available at the address when your order is delivered, our logistics partner will make two more attempts. If all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. You can contact our Customer Services to reschedule the delivery date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
